SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages from Fairkost LLC, doing business as Fairkost Real Estate ("Fairkost," "we," "us"), a licensed real estate brokerage in Tennessee.
1. Types of messages
If you agree to receive texts from Fairkost Real Estate, you may receive:
- Replies to your questions and requests
- Appointment, showing, and call reminders
- Home lists you request
- Updates about your listing, offer, or transaction
- Marketing messages, such as new listings, price changes, and promotions
2. How you opt in
You can opt in to texts from Fairkost Real Estate in these ways:
- By checking the SMS consent box on a form on fairkost.com.
- By texting us first at one of our numbers. In that case, we reply only about your message. We send marketing texts only if you also opt in through a form on fairkost.com.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your request and the type of communication.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier's plan. Rates may differ for domestic and international messages.
5. How to opt out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then we'll stop texting you. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You can also ask us to remove you by calling (865) 398-2609 or emailing hello@fairkost.com.

7. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more about how we use your information.
8. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
