3. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. When you ask us to match you with an agent, we share your information with that agent at your request, as described below.
We share information only in these ways:
- Service providers. Companies that work for us, such as website hosting, customer management software, email and text delivery, scheduling, video calls, payment processing, analytics, and AI tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Agents and brokerages you are matched with. If you ask us to match you with an agent, we share your contact details and what you're looking for with that agent and their brokerage, so they can contact you. Fairkost may receive a referral fee from that brokerage if you buy a home with their help. We share your information only to make the match you asked for. We never share your text messaging consent or opt-in data with a matched agent or anyone else (see Section 4).

We may use tools from companies such as Google and Meta that collect information about visits to our site through cookies and pixels, to measure our ads and show our ads to people who have visited our site. We do not send them the information you type into our forms.
- Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, by a regulator such as the Tennessee Real Estate Commission, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.
- Business changes. If Fairkost is involved in a merger, sale, or similar change, information may be transferred as part of it.
